DMCA Policy

1. Introduction

JLHL MANAGEMENT LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of shefeels.ai, respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that content available on or through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notification as described below. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our Designated Agent at legal@shefeels.ai that includes the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our Service (e.g., a URL or specific description).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. AI-Generated Content Note

Please be aware that all visual content on shefeels.ai — including images, avatars, and video — is entirely AI-generated. No real human beings are depicted in any content on our Platform. Our AI models are trained exclusively on licensed datasets and do not reproduce or derive from specific copyrighted works.

If you believe that AI-generated synthetic content on our Platform infringes upon your copyright, please include in your DMCA notice a clear explanation of the basis for your claim, including how the AI-generated content allegedly infringes upon your specific copyrighted work. Due to the nature of AI-generated content, claims must specifically identify the original copyrighted work and articulate how the synthetic output constitutes infringement.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent at legal@shefeels.ai. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the content provider.
