IMPORTANT: shefeels.ai is an AI-only platform. No real human beings are involved in, depicted in, or represented by any content or interactions on this platform. All characters, companions, and conversational partners on shefeels.ai are entirely artificial intelligence-generated entities. Users interact exclusively with AI systems at all times.

JLHL MANAGEMENT LTD maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking in any form. While our platform does not involve real individuals, we recognize our responsibility to prevent misuse of our technology and to support the global effort to combat trafficking and exploitation.

2. Policy Statement

shefeels.ai strictly prohibits the use of our platform to:

  • (a) Coordinate, facilitate, or plan any form of human trafficking
  • (b) Recruit, solicit, or advertise real individuals for exploitation of any kind
  • (c) Misrepresent AI-generated characters as real people for the purpose of deception, fraud, or exploitation
  • (d) Promote, normalize, or glorify commercial sexual exploitation
  • (e) Engage in any illegal activities involving real human beings through interactions on the platform
  • (f) Launder or process proceeds derived from human trafficking or exploitation

Any user found to be engaging in or attempting any of the above activities will be subject to immediate enforcement action as described in Section 7 of this policy.

3. AI Platform Safeguards

shefeels.ai implements the following safeguards to prevent misuse of our platform:

  • (a) Clear AI Disclosure: All interactions on shefeels.ai are clearly identified as AI-generated. Users are informed at every stage that they are communicating with artificial intelligence, not real individuals.
  • (b) Anti-Solicitation Programming: AI companions are programmed to refuse and redirect any requests for real-world meetings, physical encounters, or activities that could facilitate exploitation.
  • (c) Information Exchange Blocking: The platform actively blocks the exchange of personal identifying information, physical addresses, phone numbers, and other data that could be used to facilitate real-world contact for exploitative purposes.
  • (d) Content Monitoring: Automated content moderation systems monitor interactions for patterns indicative of trafficking-related activity, solicitation, or exploitation attempts.
  • (e) Transparency: We maintain transparency in our operations and cooperate fully with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies regarding anti-trafficking efforts.
  • (f) Staff Training: All personnel involved in platform operations, content moderation, and customer support receive training on identifying and responding to potential trafficking indicators.

4. User Education

shefeels.ai is committed to educating users about the nature of our platform and the importance of anti-trafficking awareness:

  • Information about trafficking indicators and how to recognize potential exploitation
  • Access to trafficking hotline resources and reporting mechanisms

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Anti-Trafficking Policy will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the violating user's account without prior notice
  • Data preservation — All relevant account data, interaction logs, and associated information will be preserved for investigative purposes
  • Law enforcement cooperation — Full cooperation with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of offenders
  • Legal remedies — Pursuit of all available legal remedies against violators, including civil and criminal proceedings
