Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the shefeels.ai Terms of Service and governs your use of the Platform, its features, and all content generated through the Service. By accessing or using shefeels.ai, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of content, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

2.1 Content Involving Minors

shefeels.ai maintains the strictest possible policy regarding the protection of minors. The following is absolutely prohibited:

• Any sexual, suggestive, romantic, or exploitative content depicting, describing, or involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) in any form, whether real or fictional;
• Any attempt to sexualize, groom, exploit, or abuse minors through the Service;
• Any content that could be construed as promoting, normalizing, or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without prior warning, and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. This policy is enforced with zero tolerance.

2.2 Non-Consensual and Harmful Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating, distributing, or requesting content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), including AI-generated content intended to depict real individuals;
• Deepfake content that uses the likeness of real individuals in sexual, defamatory, or misleading contexts;
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages sexual violence or non-consensual acts.

2.3 Illegal Activities

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious software;
• Phishing, fraud, or other deceptive schemes designed to obtain personal information or financial assets.

2.4 Abuse and Harassment

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or bullying of any individual, whether through the Service or in connection with it;
• Inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

2.5 System Abuse

You may not engage in any activity that compromises the integrity or availability of the Service, including:

• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data not belonging to you;
• Use of bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the Service without prior written authorization;
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with rate limits, content filters, safety mechanisms, or any other technical restrictions or security features of the Service.

3. Enforcement

shefeels.ai employs a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Issuing a warning to the user;
• Temporary suspension of account access;
• Permanent termination of the user's account;
• Removal of offending content;
• Reporting violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Violations involving content related to minors (Section 2.1) will result in immediate and permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to applicable law enforcement agencies, without exception.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or activity on shefeels.ai that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately by contacting us at legal@shefeels.ai.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may report anonymously, and we will not retaliate against any user who reports a violation in good faith.
